DELIVERY & RETURNS
Due to the nature of the products, we supply (size, weight, dimensions), and the delivery cost involved in certain cases, all returns should comply with the following conditions before a Credit Note can be processed.
To validate a claim and for insurance purposes, all shortages and/or damages should be noted on the waybill / Invoice upon receiving the goods and reported via email within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
Please supply proof of purchase, which consists of an original invoice.
- The product must still be in its original, undamaged packaging and in a sellable condition.
- The product should be inspected before installation, as no return will be accepted after installation.
- Goods incorrectly delivered will be exchanged at no cost to the client.
- A handling fee of 15% will be applicable on all customer returns.
- The return date of goods must be within 30 days of purchase
- To exchange or replace an item - The item must first be returned to EPS in its original undamaged packaging for inspection before an exchange can be approved.
- Unfortunately, no returns on Special Ordered products.
- A collection fee will be applicable to all customer returns on goods delivered.
- Please take note that delivery fees are non-refundable due to 3rd party courier costs.
- When an order is canceled and a refund is requested before shipment, a 2.5% admin fee will apply. ( Not applicable to “Special Orders” )
